What do I need before booking?
Recent blood results including ferritin and haemoglobin. Email them to us when you book an iron assessment, and your clinician will confirm suitability and funding before your appointment.
What happens on the day?
Your paramedic collects the prescribed medicine from the pharmacy beforehand, then completes screening at your home, administers the infusion with monitoring throughout, and stays for an observation period afterwards.
